every staff member was attentive and great. the location was particularly good and stunning - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. plus it was in a peaceful area.

The staff here were fantastic, and the location is truly beautiful. Plus, the airport is only about 0.5 km away, which is super convenient. the guest room with the bathroom had all the essential amenities you could need. 🌟.

The staff at Hotel De Grote Zwaan were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our king room with a private bathroom was very comfortable. the location of the hotel in De Lutte was fantastic, right in the heart of town.

The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior guests, allowing me to navigate comfortably.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A dedicated concierge or assistance program would have greatly enhanced the vacation experience for us elderly individuals.
